Early Access membership is completely free. There are no fees to join the program, participate in beta testing, or access our community resources. When the product becomes available, Early Access members will receive priority access and special pricing considerations.

Will insurance cover Claria Vision glasses?

We're actively working with insurance providers and following FDA pathways to ensure coverage options. Many assistive technologies for Alzheimer's care qualify for Medicare coverage, and we're building our regulatory approach with this in mind. Early Access members will receive updates on insurance developments.

How complex is the technology for elderly users?

Simplicity is our core design principle. The glasses work automatically once worn, requiring no buttons, screens, or complex interactions. Our beta testing focuses heavily on comfort and ease of use. The technology is designed to be invisible to the user while providing gentle, helpful information.

How do you ensure patient comfort and dignity?

What happens to my data and privacy?

All data processing happens locally on the device - no facial recognition data leaves the glasses. We're HIPAA compliant and follow the strictest healthcare privacy standards. Family photos and recognition data are encrypted and stored securely. You maintain complete control over all information.

Can I withdraw from the Early Access program?

Absolutely. You can withdraw from the program at any time with no questions asked. We understand that family situations change, and we respect your decision completely. You can also pause communications and rejoin later if circumstances change.
